Kerry Respite Care are dedicated to helping people remain living at home and to supporting those caring for a friend or relative. Some people who avail of their services live alone independently and need additional care to the care they receive from the HSE. Others are family carers of a relative or friend who need additional support perhaps to continue working or to have a much deserved break. Kerry Respite Care provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights and public holidays. Tax relief is available on home care fees.

Their team of dedicated, friendly and compassionate Health Care Workers are the heart of their service. The care provided ranges from company and stimulation to more dependent personal care needs of people affected by Dementia, Stroke, Cancer and much more. All of their Health Care Workers are qualified, experienced, insured, Garda vetted and receive ongoing training and support. They are a non-medical service.

They are also supported by the Department of Rural and Community Development and Pobal, through the Community Services Programme.
